| 摘 要： | 介绍了光纤延迟线的工作原理.详细叙述了中功率Ku波段光纤延迟线的研制过程,其中包括:光发射模块、光接收模块、低噪声前置放大器、中功率线性放大器的研制及整个系统链路的设计链接调试等.最后给出了中功率Ku波段光纤延迟线的测试结果.

| Abstract: | The operational principle of the optical fiber delay line is presented. The process of design of the optical fiber delay line of mid power at Ku band is recounted. The LD driver, APC circuit and ATC circuit, PIN photo-diode receiver, low noise amplifier(LNA), middle power linear amplifier and so on are included. At last, the test results of the optical fiber delay line are offered. |
