| 摘 要： | 随着信息产业的飞速发展,人们越来越多的认识到项目管理对于以应用开发为主的软件企业是一个行之有效的管理方法,从而项目管理在软件开发中的应用日益受到重视。本文根据本人在项目开发过程当中的一些经验教训,对项目管理进行了相应的总结和分析。
