| Abstract: | The synthesis of indolic cis-enamides using a ruthenium-mediated hydroamidation of indole alkynes with primary oxalamides or α-keto amides is reported. Using this method the total synthesis of igzamide and Z-coscinamides A and B has been achieved. |
