| Abstract: | This paper reports the method how to modify SOD by lauric acid. By this method, we can obtain high specific activity,high stability and high recovery rate modified SOD. The modified SOD exhibits more stability towards temperature,pH and human gastric juice as compared with natural SOD,and it can be stored in room temperature for a long time. This product can enlarge the applicable facet of SOD.Then it has abroad social and economic benefits. |
