十七烷基苯酰胺的STM图像分析

摘    要:通过两种扫描技术,得到不同尺寸下清晰的十七烷基苯酰胺分子图像,这些吸附在高度定向排列石墨基质(HOPG)上的十七烷基苯酰胺分子长轴与石墨表面平行,分子呈首尾一致的定向排列。图中不仅能清楚地识别分子骨架上的甲基或亚甲基,而且较大的苯酰胺基团也能与烷基链清晰地区别开来。

Abstract:The operation principle of STM (Scanning Tunneling Microscope) was briefly introduced,with emphasis on STM image of stearolylanilide.Through these two kinds of scanning methods,clear stearoylanilide molecular images of different sizes can be obtained.This major axis of stearoylanilide absorbed on HOPG (highly oriented pyrolysic graphite)parallel to graphite surface.Molecules present unanimous orientation,head-to-tail.Not only methyl and methylene on the skeleton of molecule can be discerned cleraly in the picture,but bigger benzoylamide group can be distinguished from the alkane series cleraly.This is the clearest steraoylanilide molecular picture observed up until now.
