Abstract:The adsorption characteristics of inosine from fermentation solution on anion exchange resin under the condition of different PH, resin type are investigated. Besides 3 the desorption conditions are studied under different temperature.The adsorption and desorption mechanism are described to obtain the optimumtechnological condition of inosine extraction.
