| Abstract: | A number of diterpene alkaloids (DAs) and their derivatives have been investigated for curaremimetic activity. Their structure-activity relationships and the mechanisms of their action have been studied. Structural fragments of the DAs that are responsible for curaremimetic properties have been revealed.
