Abstract:In this paper, the states reconstruction problem was discussed for linear time|invariable systemwith unknown inputs. A sufficient and necessary condition for system existing the reduced|order observers was given in a specific coordinate transform. Compared with other known results, the condition depended on system itself, especially, which was more weak than others. So it was further reasonable.
