天然橡胶/顺丁橡胶/杜仲胶并用胶性能的研究

摘    要:对天然橡胶、顺丁橡胶、杜仲胶三元共混硫化胶的性能进行了研究.试验结果表明,含适量杜仲胶的胶料具有良好的包辊性.掺用杜仲胶的胶料较不掺者定伸应力提高,滚动阻力和压缩生热降低,耐疲劳性能优异,磨耗和干湿路面摩擦因数保持较高水平,即轮胎三大行驶性能问有较好的综合平衡.而杜仲胶对共混硫化胶上述性能的影响在较高交联程度体系和较低交联程度体系不同.通过差示扫描置热法(DSC)分析表明,这可能与杜仲胶在硫化胶中形成的微晶有关,

Abstract:The properties of vulcanizates of natural rubber/BR/gutta blends were tested. The results show that the compound which contains proper gutta features the good banding characteristics. The gutta-containing compound possesscs higher modulus, lower rolling resistance and compression heat build-up, better fatigue properties, and higher wear resistance and friction coefficient both on dry and wet roads compared with the conventional compound, however, the influences of gutta on the properties above are different between the highly and lowly cross-linking systems. These phenomena could be explained for the crystallite effect of gutta by differential scanning calorimetric analysis (DSC).
