Micellar Electrokinetic Capillary Chromatography With Mixed Ethanol-Water Solvent |

| Abstract: | A novel mixed ethanol-water solvcnt was introduced to micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography. Good separation of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons was achieved using a 40%(v/v) ethanol in sodium dodecyl sulfate micellar solution and 0.05mm(inside diameter),450mm(length) fused silica capillary at 18kV high d.c. voltage. The effects of ethanol content, concentration of micellar solution and buffer solution were studied. |
