Abstract:The principle of principal component regression (PCR) is outlined. PCR is of the ability to overcome the colinearities in the data matrix without removing the useful information, but filtering the noise from it. The method is applied to the determination of W, Mo, and V in the ternary complexes of Rutin-CTMAB system. The analytical results for composite samples are sati sfactory. The reliability of the results for unknown sample can be tested by calculating dissimilar factor.
