摘    要:根据2010年"西太平洋海域海洋灾害对气候变化的响应"航次,从南海海域选取E断面4000m水深全层次站位,采用氧化银沉淀法,结合免化学试剂离子色谱技术分析了该站海水中的NO-3-N、PO3-4-P,NO-3、PO43-的检出限分别为4.84和17.1μg/L,回收率分别为94.5%和101.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为0.27%和0.15%,结果令人满意。并对其地球化学意义进行了初步分析探讨,为南海及周边海域海洋环境的研究提供了基础数据。

Abstract:We determined nitrate and phosphate concentrations of the sea water samples collected from the section E of South China Sea, which is 4000 meter deep at full-level stations, during the voyage in 2010 for "Investigation on the Response to Climate Changes Caused by marine Hazard in the Western Pacific (Rose)" . The concentration of NO-3 and PO43- in the sea water samples were analyzed by silver oxide precipitation method together with reagent free ion chromatography technique. The limits of detection for NO-3 and PO43- were 4.8 and 17.1 μg/L, respectively. The recoveries for NO-3 and PO43- were 94.5% and 101.2%, respectively. The relative standard deviations for NO-3 and PO43- were 0.27% and 0.15%, respectively. In summary, the results is satisfactory. A preliminary study on the geochemical significance of the determination of nitrate and phosphate concentrations of the sea water was conducted, which is expected to provide basic data for the research on marine environment of South China Sea and its surrounding waters.
