摘    要:利用丁二酮肟分光光度法测定红土镍矿中的镍。研究了波长、NaOH、显色剂及氧化剂等试剂用量对吸光度的影响,得出了较佳的实验条件;同时通过加标回收验证了方法的可靠性,回收率为101.1%,相对标准偏差RSD(n=10)为0.54%。实验证明了方法准确、可靠,是一种快速测定红土镍矿中镍含量的便捷方法。

Abstract:In this paper, the content of nickel in Laterite-nickel Ore was determined by dimethylglyoxime spectrophotometry. The influence of wavelength and the amounts of reagents including NaOH, color reagent and ammonium persulfate, were investigated. A better experimental condition was obtained. In the same time, standard additions tests were performed. The results indicate that the proposed method is reliable with the recovery of 101.1% and the relative standard deviation (RSD, n=10) of 0.54%. The method is accurate and reliable, and a convenient method for fast determination of nickel in laterite-nickel ore.
