| 摘 要： | 硅钙合金是一种炼钢脱氧剂,其中若存在游离硅、二氧化硅杂质会影响炼钢脱氧效果,目前国家标准无硅钙合金中游离硅分析方法。研究了氢氧化钠溶液提取非合金相硅的条件,用硅钼蓝光度法分析硅含量,分析方法回收率达95.9%,可用于硅钙合金中非合金相硅测定。

| Abstract: | Silicon-calcium alloy is a steel deoxidation agent,if there are free silicon and silicon dioxide impurities which affect the steel deoxidation effect,the current national standard without silicon-calcium alloy free silicon analysis.Studied the sodium hydroxide solution to extract the conditions of unalloyphase silicon, silicon-molybdenum blue photometric analysis of free silica content.The method average recovery rate of 95.9%. The method can be used to determinate unalloyphase silicon of silicon-calcium alloy. |
