摘    要:制备出一种新型抑制电导检测阴离子色谱固定相,通过对色谱条件的选择,成功实现了多种含磷阴离子的分离。选用KOH溶液作为流动相,成功分离并测定正磷酸根、焦磷酸根、三偏磷酸根和三聚磷酸根,且线性良好,方法的加标回收率达到90%~106%。用于实际样品分析,结果满意。

Abstract:A new type of chromatographic stationary phase for detecting anion with suppressed conductivity detection was prepared.Under the optimal chromatographic conditions, a variety of phosphorus-containing anions were successfully determined using the home-made chromatographic stationary phase.Using KOH as eluent, phosphate, pyrophosphate, trimetaphosphate, and tripolyphosphate were separated and analyzed.The results show that the method has good linearity with standard addition recovery of 90%~106%.And the results for real samples were satisfied.
