Stark effect investigation of highly excited ²D_$32$ states in ¹³³Cs utilizing a CW tunable dye laser

Abstract:	Stark effect measurements on the 8, 9 and 10 ²D_$32$ levels in ¹³³Cs were performed with the level crossing technique. The levels were populated using a two-step excitation, involving a tunable dye laser. The sign of the hyperfine constants could be determined.
