| 摘 要： | 通过对溪河洪水灾害的成因、特点的分析，掌握其成灾条件和分布规律，根据灾害分布区社会经济条件和降雨特性进行防治分区，界定溪河洪水灾害的重点防治区。并初步探讨了广东省溪河洪水的防治对策。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the cause and characteristic of the stream, rive and floodwater disaster, to hold the formative conditions and distribution rules of the disaster. According to the socio-economic conditions and the rainfall characteristic of the disaster area, to divide the area into different preventing parts and mark off the crucial preventing area. This paper also discussing the prevention measures of the disaster in Guangdong province. |
