摘    要:通过对微电子技术发展水平的分析,提出了对电路学科的课程设置、教学内容及实验手段进行全面改革的方案和措施,并进行了实践。结果表明,改革后无线电系培养的学生初步具备了设计ASIC芯片和复杂电子系统的能力,从而改变了电路学科的教育落后于微电子发展的现状。

Abstract:Based on the analysis of developing level of microelectronics, an overall program and measures of reform on the organizations and contents of the curriculum in the major of circuits and systems, and related lab facilities are presented and put into practice. The results of this reform show that in recent years the fostered senior students have been initially capable to design ASIC and complex system at Radio Engineering Dept. So the history of circuits' and systems' education falling behind the advance of microelectronics has been changed over.
