基于ANSYS的提环有限元分析及优化

摘    要:利用ANSYS软件对160t水龙头提环进行强度和刚度分析,找出其应力主要集中区和变形量较大的位置.根据给定安全系数,对提环结构进行了优化和校核,使其满足设计强度要求,同时增强了提环的刚度,改善了水龙头的整体性能.

Abstract:The virtual stress and distortion of SL160 are analyzed by ANSYS,the position of the presence of the big stress and distortion is found.The structure of the swivel bail is optimized and checked according to the given safety factor to meet the design strength requirements.The stiffness of the swivel bail is enhanced and its overall performance is improved.
