| 摘 要： | 模拟喷射沉积过程中的雾化过程，描述了熵滴在飞行中的学过程及凝固的热力学过程；建立了熔滴速度、温度、固相分数等与熔体过热度、气流速度之间的计算模型，通过对８１０℃的液态金的数值计算，讨论了部分独立参数对该过程的影响。

| Abstract: | The spray forming process is simulated. The in-flight dynamical and ther-mal histories of the droplets during forming process are described. The relation of the inde-pendent parameters such as vilocity, temperature, and solid fraction of the droplets to themelt superheat and the gas velocity is established. Based on the calculation of Al-4.5%Cualloy, the effect of some dependent parameters on the process are discussed. |
