| Abstract: | This paper introduces the composition,function and netting mode of the call center,and analyzes the construction scheme of a provincial broadcast television call center.Then it also raises some problems which should be paid attention to in the call center operation and the organizing way of the voice resources.So this paper presents a reference for the provincial broadcast television call center construction. |
