气动增压泵级连及故障分析

摘    要:基于实际应用,介绍了气动增压泵原理和级连方法。总结了对增压泵的维修经验,阐述了缺少进口增压泵维修资料的现状。分析了增压泵的常见故障和一些特殊故障。采用观测方法测试了增压泵1的P1口压强和增压泵2的换向阀右端压强。给出了增压泵1不受控的原因和增压泵2停止不动的原因。指出今后的发展方向主要集在提高可靠性和小型化上。结果表明,如果有备件,进口增压泵可以做到现场维修,从而提高维修速率和设备完好率。

Abstract:The principle of air driven booster and the method combining them were introduced based on practical application.The experience of maintaining boosters was summed,and the status of lacking maintaining manuals about import boosters was described.The normal and special malfunctions about boosters were analyzed.The observing and testing means were used for testing the P1 port pressure of booster 1 and the converting direction valve's right side pressure of booster 2.And the reason why the booster 1 didn't stop...
