摘    要:建立了高效液相色谱-荧光法测定人体尿液中蝶呤-6-羧酸的分析方法。以乙腈-水(5:95,v/v)为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min,荧光检测波长为:λex=360 nm,λem=440 nm。尿样经0.45μm的微孔滤膜过滤后,按选定的色谱条件进行分析,蝶呤-6-羧酸含量在(0.007~2.4)μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性

Abstract:The high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with fluorescence detection method was developed for determination of pterin-6-carboxylic acid in human urine.The conditions of HPLC were the following:the mobile phase was acetonitril-water (5:95,v/v),the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min,the excitation and emission wavelengths were 360 nm and 440 nm,respectively.The linear range was (0.007~2.4) μg/mL.The linear regression equation was y=394.55x+1.24(r=0.999 9),with the detection limit of 0.002μg/mL.For pterin-6- carboxylic acid in human urine,the recoveries were in the range of 101.3%-104.6 % and the relative standard derivation (RSD) was less than 7.1%.The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of pterin-6-carboxylicacid in human urine.
