铁/聚苯乙烯纳米复合材料的制备和表征

摘    要:用高能球磨法制备铁与聚苯乙烯纳米复合材料,对其组分采用穆斯堡尔谱和X衍射谱分析,结果表明复合材料中有Fe5C2和Fe2C生成,略有部分Fe氧化.电镜照片表明球磨后复合材料的颗粒平均尺寸约为50nm.

Abstract:Iron/polystrene(Fe/PS) nano-structure compound is prepared using the technique of high energy ball milling.The resultant components are investigated using M ssbauer spectroscopy(MS),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and X-ray diffraction(XRD).It is found that some new components of Fe_5C_2 and Fe_2C have as a result come into being in addition to Fe_3O_4.The average grain size of the new compound is approximately 50 nm measured by the transmission electron microscopy.
