| 摘 要： | 有机量子阱具有优异的光电性能,在光电子器件中有广泛的应用.论述了如何证明有机量子阱的存在及其国内外研究现状,介绍了有机量子阱在有机电致发光中的应用以及存在的问题,重点是如何利用有机量子阱提高发光性能,并指出了今后的研究方向.

| Abstract: | The organic quantum well has excellent optical and electrical properties,and it is widely used in the optoelectronic devices. The way to identify the occurrence of organic quantum well and its current situation are summarized. The application of organic quantum well in organic electroluminescence and some problems are introduced. The emphasis is how to improve the properties of organic electroluminescence using organic quantum-well. Finally, the direction of research is pointed out. |
