| Abstract: | For reducing the toxicity of cigarette smoke, a new additive containing the chinese herbal medicine and essential trace element was studied. Through additive of the traditional chinese mineral medicine,the chinese herbal medicine and essential trace elements were selected, a kind of complex additive containing folium apocini veneti and molydbenum ("L-M" type complex additive) has been chosen.Experimental results Showed that the cigarette tar, the B (a) P, the free radicals both in gas-phase and in tar, and harmful substances of cigarette smoke have been markedly reduced by "L-M" type additive. |
