| Abstract: | A copper-catalyzed method for the preparation of ynamides has been identified that proceeds via aerobic oxidative coupling of terminal alkynes with various nitrogen nucleophiles, including cyclic carbamates, amides and ureas, and N-alkyl-arylsulfonamides and indoles. |
