| 摘 要： | 民族精神是一个民族赖以生存和发展的精神支撑，是一个民族维系和凝聚的精神纽带，也是一个民族区别于其他民族精神特质的总和。在全面建设小康社会的今天，如何看待民族精神的弘扬和培育，科学把握民族精神的历史发展和基本内涵，及探讨如何将其纳入高等教育文化建设和精神文明建设的全过程，具有重要的现实意义。

| Abstract: | The national spirit is the spiritual prop of a nations existence and development and the spiritual ties of the national cohesion as well. It also differs one nation from the others. In the day of building the comparatively wealthy society in all, how to enlarge, develop and cultivate the national spirit, how to grasp scientifically its historical development and basic connotation and how to bring it into the cultural construction of higher education and the construction of spiritual civilization have important realistic meanings. |
