摘    要:利用电化学方法、物理检测技术及表面分析技术,针对十二烷基胺(DDA)作用于FeNiSiB非晶合金表面时,在不同浓度范围内,缓蚀效率与缓蚀剂浓度存在不同的对应关系的现象,探讨了DDA的存在状态与其缓烛行为的关系.利用物理测量技术对临界浓度前后DDA的存在状态进行了分析,利用扫描隧道显微镜捕获了高浓度时DDA在非晶合金表面的典型结构,详细阐述了DDA对非晶合金的微观缓蚀机制.

Abstract:The relationship bettween the existing form and inhibiting behavior of dolecy-lamme(DDA) On amorphous alloy has been studied by electrochemcal measurement, physicaltest and scanning tunneling mcroscopy. The experiment shows that there is different relationshipbetween the inhibition concentration and inhibition percentage in different concentration scale. In collcentration railge, the inhibition percentage increased strongly with themhibitor concentration but the the increase tendency of inhibiton percentage became gently in 10-4~10-3 concentration scale. The adsorption isotherm formula fitting result shows that a typicd mono-molecular layer of DDA was adsorbed on amorphous alloy during 10-6~10~-4concentra-tion scale, withont any cffect from the neighbor mhibitor molecule,but in 10~-4~10~-3 range theforce between the nearing neightbor inhibitor molecule decided the adsorption form.The resultfrom STM and conductivity test indicats that the mcelle had formed when the concentrationapproached WDDA=2.3 X 10-5, the protection effect DDA was prevented because of the forming of micelle.
