摘 要: | 在动力调谐陀螺研制和生产过程中发现,陀螺从启动到稳定所需时间较长,在长时间随机漂移测试中,有明显的斜坡漂移。这在很大程度上降低了陀螺的性能,影响了陀螺的应用,经研究发现,陀螺的内部气体在这当中起着重要作用。本文详细分析了陀螺内部气体对动力调谐陀螺性能影响的机理,并提出了解决方法。

Improve the Tuned Flexure Gyro'' s Property by Adjusting its Inside Gas Dynamic Pressure Torque |

Abstract: | During the tuned flexure gyro is studied and manufactured , it is found that there exists an obvious drift while the gyro is tested with its sensitive axes horizental and its angular momentum H vertically down and that it lasts a long - time for drift to become stable and that there is also a slow slanting drift in a long - term test after the gyro has been operating for 1 . 5 hours. This slanting drift is the key cause af- feciting the gyro's precision. The gyros made by other manufacturers have the same phenomena. This prevents such gyros from being widly used. In this paper , the cause has been analysed and the method to reduce this slanting drift has been demonstrated. |
