| 摘 要： | 时代的发展、科技的进步对科技期刊编辑人员的素质提出了更高的要求。从选题策划的角度,要求编辑人员目标明确、思路清晰、措施得力、方法得当;从编辑规范的角度,要求编辑人员必须善于学习,不断提高,善于积累,不断总结;从编辑手段的角度,要求编辑人员必须掌握和使用网络技术和多媒体技术,实现编辑过程的现代化;从营造和谐工作氛围的角度,要求编辑人员必须正确认识编辑活动中的各种关系,正确处理编辑活动中的各种问题。只有与时俱进,才能创造出优异的工作业绩。

| Abstract: | The advance of the times,science and technology present higher demands for the editors of science and technology.The paper expounds in details some requirements for the editors of the new times from different angles: topic selecting and planning,edit regulating,edit medium,and working condition and atmosphere,etc.It is pointed out that only by keeping pace with the times can the editor of science and technology improve themselves and make a lot of achievements in their work. |
