航天用光器件可靠性技术及其进展

摘    要:光器件是航天器最重要的部件,受到世界各国的高度重视。文章介绍了航天用光器件可靠性技术及其进展。为了满足重量轻、低功耗和高可靠性的空间高技术需要,概述了光纤激光器、大功率半导体激光器、HgCdTe红外探测器、光纤陀螺的可靠性技术。重点叙述了可靠性试验技术与标准,可靠性分析与评价,包括光纤激光器和大功率半导体激光器在内的航天用光源的可靠性,有关大功率激光器寿命评估、失效机理、热产生机制与能耗,大功率激光器可靠性与寿命进展,以及提高大功率激光器可靠性得措施。可以肯定,随着可靠性技术的发展,光器件在未来航天领域中将占据越来越重要的位置。
