航空发动机用光纤叶片振动传感探头的研制

摘    要:主要介绍了一种制作光纤叶片振动传感器探头的新工艺,该工艺选用特殊的大芯径精密陶瓷插芯,采用了一种创新性的光纤定位技术,利用该工艺制作的光纤叶片振动传感探头经试验验证完全满足航空发动机叶片振动参数的测量要求.

Abstract:A new technology for making the probe of optical fiber blade vibration sensor is mainly presented.The special precision ceramic ferrule with large core diameter is selected and an innovative optical fiber position technique is used in this technology.It is proven by test that the optical fiber blade vibration sensing probe made by this technology meets the measurement requirements of blade vibration parameters for aero-engine very well.The probe has good application prospects.
