Role of space charge in the development of the electroluminescence of ZnS(Cu,Mn) film capacitors

It is shown that the conditions required for the development of electroluminescence are provided during one half-period in ZnS(Cu, Mn) film electroluminescent capacitors, while the brightness wave develops during the next half-period.Translated from Izvestiya VUZ.
