Abstract: | Conditions for the fracture of a unidirectionally reinforced plate under uniaxial tension at an arbitrary angle to the direction of reinforcement are proposed. The fracture conditions are applicable to the case where the adhesion strength between the bond and reinforcement is greater than the strength of the polymer bond.
