Colleges' Strategies of Multiple Finance

Recently, the consistent increase in the need of higher education and the decrease in the amount of money given by the government have created a serious money gap for colleges. Developing multiple ways of finance through colleges themselves is an obvious trend and the only way out. The strategies can be used to improve finance capacities of colleges and develop multiple ways of finance as loans from government-based banks, establish endowments, develop university-enterprise co-operations, sell intellectual properties, open a fund for education, etc. By doing so, Chinese colleges will become self-independent finance units and realize their long-term development.
