| Abstract: | The formula proposed by Huang Kun for the calculation of minimum electron-phonon coupling S factor and the relation between the dynamic and the static crystal field perameters are used to estimate the minimal and mean S fac- tor in NAB crystals.The reason why the Auzel criterion for self-activated laser crystals can fully account for the experimental facts of luminescence con- centration quenching effect is further discussed. |
