| 摘 要： | 采用高效液相色谱法,建立9种不同产地的葛根样品的指纹图谱,并利用化学计量学中的主成分分析和聚类分析方法对所得到的葛根HPLC指纹图谱进行模式识别的研究,实现了9种不同产地葛根样品的分类.本研究获得的指纹图谱较全面的反映不同产地的葛根的特征差异,可为葛根的质量控制及综合评价奠定基础.

| Abstract: | An HPLC method was proposed to acquire the chromatographic fingerprint of Radix Puerariae.Fingerprints of 9 Radix Puerariae from different geographical origins were established and their classification was carried out based on the principal component analysis and cluster analysis.The fingerprint obtained in this study embodies comprehensive information about the difference among Radix Puerariae and this method can be used in the quality control and evaluation of Radix Puerariae. |
