Application of Blocks and Motifs of Bioinformatics in Virology

The analytical methods for bioinformatics and the rationale for several main analytical programs were reviewed. The basic methods for analysis of sequences of proteins and nucleic acids and search for Blocks and Motifs were presented. The view was released that we should take the viral informatics as the starting point and faciliate the development of bioinformatics.
