摘    要:对部分相干修正贝塞尔-高斯光束通过有硬边光阑的近轴ABCD光学系统的传输进行了研究,采用将硬边光阑窗口函数展开为有限个复高斯函数之和的方法,推导出了部分相干修正贝塞尔-高斯光束的近似解析传输公式,作为特例,给出了在无光阑情况下的传输公式。以光束在有光阑情况下自由空间的传输为例作了数值计算,其结果与直接对柯林斯(Collins)公式作数值积分的结果进行了比较,表明用Wen的方法便于进行物理分析,可节约大量机时,并对解析公式的计算误差和适用范围作了讨论。

Propagation properties of partially coherent modified Bessel-Gaussian beams passing through an ABCD optical system with hard-edge aperture
Abstract:The propagation of partially coherent modified Bessel-Gaussian beams through a paraxial ABCD optical system with hard-edge aperture is studied. The approximate analytical propagation equation of partially coherent modified Bessel-Gaussian beams can be derived by expanding the hard-edged aperture function into a finite sum of complex Gaussian functions. The propagation equation of unapertured partially coherent modified Bessel-Gaussian beams is presented as a special case. As an application example, numerical calculations are performed for partially coherent modified Bessel-Gaussian beams propagating in free space with hard-edge aperture. The results are compared with those obtained from the straight forward integration of the Collins formula. It is showed that Wen’s method provides the advantage of reduction of computing time and analyzing the propagation properties of laser beams conveniently. In addition, the computation errors and application ranges of those analytical equations are discussed.
