基于近似模型的可见光探测器结构轻量化设计

摘    要:为在保证可见光探测器成像质量的前提下减少其总体质量,构建了一种基于近似模型技术的轻量化方法。采用拉丁超立方试验设计方法进行样本数据的采样,同时,为提高计算效率并获得较好的计算精度,将基于多项式拟合的响应面近似模型和基于移动最小二乘拟合的响应面近似模型引入到可见光探测器轻量化设计中,并针对该结构建立了数学模型,利用序列二次规划法对该优化问题进行求解,避免了传统优化设计方法计算量大,且在处理非线性系统优化问题时易导致收敛缓慢甚至不收敛的缺点。最后,通过实验的方法对轻量化后的可见光探测器结构的刚度性能进行了验证。实验结果表明该可见光探测器轻量化方案满足设计指标要求。

Abstract:In order to reduce the overall weight of the visible-light detector and ensure its imaging quality,a lightweight method based on approximate model technology was constructed. The data was sampled by Latin hypercube experiment design method,moreover,in order to improve computing efficiency and obtain high calculation accuracy,response surface approximate models based on polynomial fitting and moving least square fitting are introduced into the lightweight design of visible-light detector,and a mathematical model was built for this structure. The sequential quadratic programming method was used to solve the optimization problem,thus avoiding the disadvantages of large calculated amount in the traditional optimization method and slow convergence or even no convergence in the optimization of nonlinear system. Finally,experiments were designed to verify the stiffness of the visible-light detector after lightweighting. The experimental results show that the lightweight design of visible-light detector meets the requirements of design indexes.
