摘    要:在航空行业标准HB 5220.15-1995的基础上,采用过硫酸铵氧化-亚铁容量法测定高温合金及钢铁中高铬含量的试验方法,通过试验确定了试样量、硫酸和磷酸等试剂用量。该方法对高温合金样品中铬含量测定结果的相对标准偏差不大于0.13%(n=8),回收率为100.04%~100.49%。方法稳定性和重复性好,适用于铬含量为30.00%~50.00%的高温合金及钢铁样品。

Abstract:Based on HB 5220. 15 - 1995, ammonium persulfate oxidation - ammonium ferrous sulfate titration method was used to measure high chromium content in superalloy and steels. Through a lot of tests, the mass of the specimen, sulfuric acid, phosphoric acidand all sorts of reagent were certified. The relative standard deviation was not more than 1.3% (n = 8 ). The sample recovey was 100.04% - 100.49%. The stability and the repeatability of the method was fine. The method is suitable for detecting chromium in superalloy and steels which chromium content in the range 30.00% to 50.00%.
