毒死蜱和对硫磷对蚯蚓的急性毒性效应研究

摘    要:为了评价毒死蜱和对硫磷这2种有机磷农药对蚯蚓的影响,本文采用人工土壤法,以赤子爱胜蚯蚓为受试生物,进行了蚯蚓急性毒性研究。结果显示:毒死蜱对赤子爱胜蚯蚓的14d-LC50为208.88 mg/kg(人工土壤,干重),95%置信限为160.80,259.47];对硫磷对赤子爱胜蚯蚓的14d-LC50为253.52 mg/kg(人工土壤,干重),95%置信限为197.28,314.82]。两种农药对蚯蚓的毒性都属于"低毒",因此在田间使用这2种农药对蚯蚓来说是相对安全的。

Abstract:The acute toxicity test of chlopyrifos and parathion on earthworm (Eisenia fetida) was performed in ar- tificial soil. The test showed that 14d-LCso of chlopyrifos on earthworm was 208.88mg/kg ( dry weight of artificial soil), 95 % of confidence limit was 160. 80, 259. 47 1 and that 14d-LCs0 of parathion on earthworm was 253.52 mg/kg (dry weight of artificial soil), 95 % confidence limit was 197.28, 314.821. The toxicity level of these two pesticides was low. Therefore, it was safe to use chlopyrifos and parathion for earthworm in the field.
