| 摘 要： | 对燕麦油中多酚类物质的提取溶剂进行了比较和探讨,实验表明,采用有机溶剂提取多酚类物质的最佳条件为,甲醇浓度100%,水浴温度65℃,物料比1∶6,提取时间90 min,并对燕麦油脂中的多酚进行了定性分析.

| Abstract: | Extraction solvents from polyphenols contained in oat oil were compared and discussed.Maximum absorption wavelength of the polyphenol from oat oil was analyzed and determined,too.The findings show that the best conditions for the extraction are as follows:methanol concentration is one hundred percent;water temperature is at 65 ℃;material proportion is one to six and extraction time is ninety minutes. |
