| Abstract: | The equation of motion of the centre of energy of the reflected and refracted electromagnetic waves on the interface of dielectric media is obtained, it is shown that the physical reason leading to the transverse shift (TS) is the spin-momentum coupling of the electromagnetic waves near the interface. |
