| Abstract: | Certified and substandard paving bituments of Kirishi Petroleum Processing Plant were studied by 1H and 13C NMR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. The differences in the aromaticity degree of asphaltenes and malthenes of these bitumens were revealed. The parameters of layered-block stacks of the asphaltenes were measured. |
