| 摘 要： | 本文就加入正常并有生育能力的人精液中Ca~(2 )及其螯合剂EGTA~(2-)的不同相对浓度与人精子平均失活率的关系建立了数学模型,并对诸如置信水平等在数学上进行理论分析.此理论结果在实践中检验表明,它对研制用钙作避孕新药有一定的价值.

| Abstract: | This paper introduced the relation of the effect of various concentrations of Ca~(2 ) and its chelate EGTA~(2-) on the spermatozoal motility of healthy fertile donors. A mathematical model was established. It was theoretically analyzed by confidence levels, etc. The results of theoretical analysis on medical clinical practice showed that Ca might be effective in the development of new contraceptives. |
