对高校篮球特招生脚步动作训练的探讨

高校篮球运动队特招生绝大部分运动员脚步动作技术较薄弱，分析了其产生的原因，并提出中学及高校必须重视和加强运动员脚步动作的训练，即：强化跳步急停接球突破；强化运球中交叉步抄球变向突破投篮；强化运球体前变向突破；强化跨跳步滑动的防守技术。

On pace movement training of special enrolled students with basketball skills

Most special enrolled students with basketball skills have weak pace movement technological ability. This paper analyzes the causes for this, and points out that the middle schools and higher learning institutions must emphasize and consolidate the training of pace movement by strengthening the training of leap, sudden stop, receiving basketball and break, by the training of cross - step in dribble, taking the basketball to change the direction to make break the training of defense to shoot at the basket ,by consolidating the training of changing direction to make break and techniques such as leapfrogging step and coule step and so on.
