| Abstract: | A generalized method is described for the determination of the widely used germiside hexaderylpyridinium chloride in readily available pharmaceutical preparations using capillary pyrolysis-gas chromatography. Total Specificity in the determination is achieved by the combined use of a specific nitrogen detector, capillary columns and direct injection for pyrolysis. |
