摘    要:采用铁粉与金属盐溶液进行置换反应的方法,分别制备了Ni、Cu、Ag 3种金属与铁构成的双金属,并将其用于吸收 液相还原法工艺中,以处理二氯甲烷废气,考察了pH值、双金属比率等因素对金属铁与二氯甲烷之间的还原脱氯反应以及体系净化效率的影响.实验结果显示:在双金属与水组成的体系中,低pH值有利于二氯甲烷的还原脱氯;金属比例在一定范围内(R/Fe<0.05%),3种双金属体系的还原脱氯能力均随R比例的提高而增强;对于实验所研究的3种双金属体系,Ni/Fe对二氯甲烷的还原脱氯效果最好.

Abstract:The simulated dichloromethane gas was absorbed and treated by self-made bimetallic iron particles in aque- ous solution. Ag/Fe,Cu/Fe and Ni/Fe particles were used in the experiments separately. The effect of pH and bi- metal ratio has been studied. Results shows that lower pH is beneficial for the dechlorination reaction. The dechlori- nation rate and the removal efficiency increase as bimetal ratio increases while the ratio is lower than 0.05%. Among the three bimetallic iron particles, Ni/Fe performs best in enhancing the dechlorination of dichloromethane.
